Sourcing

Pepper defined the ancient spice trade. Ships crossed oceans for it. Kingdoms rose and fell over its control. In Wayanad, the vines still climb the same trees they have for centuries — shade-grown, high-altitude, harvested at full maturity when the berries are firm and heavy.

Sun-drying concentrates the alkaloids. The piperine — the compound responsible for pepper's characteristic heat — develops fully over five to seven days on traditional woven mats. Our pepper is never fumigated, never irradiated, never adulterated with stem or husk.

What you hold is the same substance that changed the world.
